Become a pivotal part of Talent Harbour as a Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter. This role is based in Metro Vancouver and offers access to established clients while recruiting across multiple specializations.

Your focus will be on full-cycle recruitment for mid to executive-level roles, managing client relationships from the start and growing your portfolio. You'll also be responsible for building new business through proactive outreach, all while integrating AI technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various sectors

• Manage and grow existing client accounts

• Generate new business through networking and referrals

• Create robust pipelines of qualified candidates

• Meet billing expectations with performance visibility

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Successful history of placing senior professionals

• Knowledge of AI tools in recruitment practices

• Strong skills with Linked In Recruiter and tracking systems

• Reside in Metro Vancouver for the role
