Position: UBC HR Coordinator, Full-Cycle Recruitment
Become a key player in UBC's HR team as an HR Coordinator focused on full-cycle recruitment. This role will involve managing job classifications and utilizing Workday for enhanced operational efficiency.

As an HR Coordinator at UBC, you'll primarily assist with talent acquisition functions, handling recruitment processes and job postings. With a requirement of two to three years in HR, you'll provide critical insights and training in Workday while ensuring HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment cycles including job postings and candidate tracking

• Conduct pre-screening and facilitate interviews effectively

• Report on hiring metrics and generate detailed HR analysis

• Engage in policy interpretation and compliance monitoring

• Lead the creation of Talent Acquisition resources

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field

• 2-3 years of applicable HR experience

• Keen analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday HR systems
