Role Summary  The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with the People and Culture (P&C) Team and Hiring Managers at the Vancouver Central Office to support company-wide recruitment efforts across the business. As part of the People & Culture Team, this role also offers general HR support as needed.
The Talent Acquisition Partner also works with the Outside Sales Team, including Outside Sales Managers (OSMs) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs), to recruit and develop teams across North America. The Outside Sales Team is comprised of Independent Contractors in Canada and the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring sub-contracted Representatives within their territories to deliver exceptional customer service to Eminence Spa Partners.
Reporting & Peer Relationships  The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Direct of People and Culture and collaborates closely with the (P&C) Team and local Hiring Managers at the Vancouver Central Office. This role involves working directly with the Outside Sales Teams across Canada and the US to support hiring needs and regularly liaising with Outside Sales Team Managers based in the Vancouver Central Office.
Responsibilities  Recruiting   Central Office Recruiting:
Partner with Hiring Managers to post, screen, interview and hire candidates within hiring timelines
Train & coach Hiring Managers on Eminence recruiting best practices
Post, track, and manage job opportunities using ATS platforms and source candidates via tools like Linked In Recruiter and Indeed Resume
Create position-specific interview templates
Maintain library of job descriptions for all positions
Maintain recruiting statistics and reporting
Conduct telephone screening for open positions
Participate in virtual or in-person interviews with Hiring Managers
Problem-solve recruiting challenges for difficult positions
Conduct criminal background or reference checks, as needed
Assist with managing the monthly Indeed recruitment budget
Support the OSRs in the recruitment of Subcontractors:
Partner with the OSRs to define job needs and develop job descriptions for new Subcontractors.
Develop and apply territory-specific posting tactics to attract candidates for each new role
Support the creation of territory-specific and job-specific contractor payment structures, calculators and guidelines to provide payment structure recommendations for each new role
Provide support and guidance as necessary throughout the interview process
Assist OSRs in checking references
Partner in the creation and maintenance of Contracts including non-disclosure, confidentiality, and non-compete sections consistent with territory-specific regulations and each OSR’s requirements
Onboarding   Partner with the OSRs to determine role specific requirements for Orientation and Training:
Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities with the Sales Onboarding Specialist to ensure that all Subcontractors have Eminence Organics brand knowledge to deliver extraordinary Customer Service to Eminence Organics Spa Partners
Work with the Outside Sales Manager sand Customer Education Team to implement ongoing developmental training/testing of the Subcontractors
Administer new hire paperwork and first-day details to new Team Members at the Vancouver Central Office
Conduct 3-month check-ins with new Team Members
Conduct exit interviews with exiting Team Members
