Join ARC’TERYX as a Senior Leaves Management Specialist, focusing on leaves administration throughout Canada and the US in a hybrid setting. This role emphasizes process optimization and stakeholder collaboration.
In this capacity, you will play a vital role in managing various leave programs and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Your responsibilities will include the administration of disability claims, parental leaves, and providing HR support to employees and team leaders. You will proactively assess policy impacts and lead initiatives to improve leave management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of leaves in North America
• Assess legal impacts and improve leave policies
• Communicate effectively with HR and team leaders
• Update leave data within HRIS and payroll systems
• Lead education efforts for leave-related matters
Requirements:
• At least 4 years in HR or related fields
• Expertise in federal and provincial leave compliance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management
• Commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement
