The role requires an individual with 2-3 years of compensation experience, ready to engage in performance management and incentive design. You will work with HRIS back-end systems and conduct audits, job evaluations, and respond to compensation queries. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with annual compensation processes and communications
• Design incentives and perform bonus calculations
• Address compensation queries in collaboration with P&C Business Partners
• Conduct job evaluations and audits in Workday
• Participate in various compensation projects
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant compensation experience
• Degree in finance or HR-related field
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday
• Expertise in Excel and other Office applications
• Strong attention to detail with prioritization skills
