Senior Leave Specialist at Arc’teryx

Drive effective leave management practices at Arc’teryx as a Senior Leave Specialist. With a hybrid work model, lead the administration of leave processes across Canada and the US, enhancing employee experience.

This role, based in North Vancouver, requires a strategic approach to managing leaves, from short-term disability to parental leaves. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process implementation and compliance with regulations. Utilizing your experience in human resources, you will analyze leave trends and provide strategic insights that align with the goals of the Health and Well-being team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer various leave programs, including disability and FMLA

• Coordinate with People and Culture on leave requests

• Ensure timely updates in HRIS and payroll

• Provide support for complex leave cases and return-to-work plans

• Report on leave management trends and challenges

Requirements:

• 4+ years in HR or leave management experience

• Strong knowledge of leave regulations in Canada and the US

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Proven autonomy in program management

• Customer-centric approach with focus on continuous improvement
