In this role, you will manage complete recruitment cycles, working closely with stakeholders in our global matrix organization. Your expertise in KPIs, dashboards, and candidate experience will be essential as you attract and hire talent for our growing Americas-based roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for Americas-based roles
• Collaborate with stakeholders on hiring timelines and negotiations
• Create dashboards to evaluate funnel performance and application volume
• Research new markets and roles for salary benchmarking
• Provide insights to improve candidate experience
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, full funnel preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and diagnostics
• Familiarity with ATS and reporting tools, Ashby a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level)
• Availability for on-site work in Vancouver
