This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's mission and vision, with a focus on human resources, organizational development, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and advancing the company's culture, ensuring that people strategies are integrated, future-focused, and aligned with the organization's values.

This includes a strong commitment to feminist principles, Truth and Reconciliation, and strategic priorities.
