Key Responsibilities:- Support salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Coordinate employee benefit programs and related queries
- Support performance management and recognition initiatives
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate employee, contract, and payroll data
- Master's degree in human resources, Management, or equivalent
- Experience in similar roles within multinational companies
- Knowledge of HR operations and local payroll regulations
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Strong written and verbal English and French
