Creative & Occasions Operations Associate (French-speaking) About the Team The Ad Operations Merchandising (Creative/Occasions) team is a specialized pod within Ad Ops focused on powering in-app marketing experiences across Door Dash's platform. Sitting at the intersection of Ad Operations, Creative, and Occasions, this team works closely with vertical-aligned Ad Ops partners and cross-functional stakeholders – including Marketing, Product, Creative Studio, and Localization – to deliver timely, high-impact promotional placements that drive merchant value and customer engagement.

We support a wide range of initiatives, from seasonal moments and brand-led campaigns to homepage banners, promotional merchandising, and asset quality governance. Our team ensures every campaign is executed with precision, creative consistency, and scalability – helping shape the way customers interact with promotions across categories. About the Role We're looking for a highly collaborative and organized Creative Operations Associate to join our Ad Operations Merchandising team.

In this role, you'll manage and support the production of high-impact creative across Door Dash's top restaurant and retail partners. You'll own banner translation workflows (FR/EN), lead template creation, and play a critical role in the end-to-end execution of creative assets - including campaign banners and scalable tooling improvements.

- You'll be a key partner to internal stakeholders across CRM, homepage merchandising, and occasion-based marketing, providing operational support and creative coordination to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and at scale.

- You'll also be an early contributor to our transition to Ads Manager for banners, helping shape creative standards, share tooling feedback, and drive adoption. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who is systems-savvy, design-literate, and eager to build scalable, efficient creative workflows.

Lead French/English creative translation workflows for banners and cross-surface assets - Build and manage campaign templates across seasonal and evergreen programs - Support execution and creative coordination for CRM, homepage merchandising, and occasion-based marketing initiatives - Contribute to the transition to Ads Manager, including tooling feedback, training support, and documentation - Assist with Ad Ops team wiki maintenance, ensuring processes, playbooks, and reference materials stay current and accessible - Own creative QA and governance, ensuring asset accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment - Help optimize creative workflows to improve execution speed, quality, and scalability We're excited about you because...

- You're fluent in French and English (written and spoken) and have experience managing multilingual content or localization workflows - You have + years of experience in creative operations, marketing production, or project coordination in a fast-paced environment - You're comfortable working in Figma or other creative platforms and collaborating with designers on asset reviews and scalable design frameworks - You're highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple workstreams with precision - You're a strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and thrives in collaborative environments - You care deeply about quality and accuracy, and take pride in getting the details right - You're energized by fast-moving teams and excited to help scale creative systems that work - You're able to flex your schedule from time-to-time to meet with stakeholders in other timezones, especially Melbourne & Sydney, Australia
