Position Overview

As aSenior Product Manager for Product Access,you'll lead the next-generation licensing services that power every Autodesk product—from desktop software to cloud APIs and AI-driven automation. Thisisn'tmaintenance work;you'reenabling new business models that will fuel Autodesk's journey to $10 billionin revenue over the next 3 years.

You'llenable product teams across the company to experiment with critical strategies like APIand MCPmonetization,and granular AI feature access, directly unlocking new revenue streams while ensuring secure, compliant, and flexible access for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, translating it intoprioritized

    OKRs and a roadmap

  • Present and promote your productstrategyacross the company to many audiences, from technical to executive-level leadership

  • Collaborateacrossproduct teams, partner orgs,and key stakeholders toidentifychallenges and delivereffective solutions that are valuable,viable,feasibleand work for Autodesk’s business

  • Track andoptimizesolutions post-launch to ensure they deliver the expected impact

  • Build empathy withproduct teams onboarding to Product Access services,identifyingfriction in the process, and proposingsolutions tosimplify and streamline their integrations

  • Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products

  • Track industry trends and the competitive landscape

  • Influenceproduct teams, senior leaders, and stakeholdersthroughstorytelling,incorporating qualitative and quantitative datato craft clear, compelling stories about who my product is for, what problems it solves for them, and whyit'simportant to our business

  • Help develop product culture within the broaderorganization, including mentoring more junior product managers and driving process improvements

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery

  • Demonstrated curiosity about—anduse—of AI tools to makeyou and your team more effective at product development

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on platform

  • Applicants with 8+ years of product development experience in roles like engineering, developer advocacy, data analysis, data engineering, customer support, experiencedesignand/or data science are welcome to apply if part of that time was in a product management role

  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
