We’re hiring a full‑stack Principal Product Designer with strong AI‑assisted design skills to shape multi‑platform identity verification experiences  this role, you will be crucial in creating cohesive, intuitive experiences across a broad range of customer journeys and product contexts, including cross‑platform workflows, dashboards, mobile experiences, and Trulioo’s full suite of identity verification solutions.

We need a proactive, thoughtful individual who is comfortable shaping opportunities, driving initiatives independently, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful impact.

This is a full‑time hybrid position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver with three in‑office days per week.

• Design Leadership:
  Drive the end‑to‑end design process for Trulioo’s identity solution products, delivering high‑quality, cohesive experiences across mobile and multi‑platform environments.
• User‑Centered Practices:
  Apply core user‑centered design practices through discovery, problem framing, journey mapping, and iterative refinement.
