Power BI Business Intelligence Professional

Our Vancouver-based government client is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Professional to drive the success of an impactful and fast-paced project. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using MS Excel, MS Power Query, Power BI, VBA, SQL, SAS.

Publish several daily, monthly, and quarterly summary reports and prepare other ad‑hoc analyses.

Develop new standard reports in Excel and Power BI Dashboards.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated capabilities in reporting and data analytics using Power BI, MS Excel, VBA, and MS Power Query.
• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize data to visually tell a story using PowerPoint and Power BI Dashboards.
• Solid experience using advanced visualization tools like Power BI, writing DAX and M Code, and using data transformation in Power BI.
