This is a hands-on opportunity designed for students eager to gain real-world exposure to e-commerce and digital marketing in a performance-driven environment. Your core focus will be on administrative tasks—pricing strategy execution, numerical tracking, and violation analysis—critical to the success of our Tik Tok storefront.
For candidates who excel, there’s potential to take on hybrid responsibilities, including support for live operations and on-platform selling. Key Responsibilities Assist the Tik Tok Shop team with daily administrative tasks. Implement and monitor pricing strategies and promotional updates. Organize and analyze reports, including sales metrics and violation cases. Maintain logs and write-ups of Tik Tok Shop violations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely task execution.
(Optional for qualified candidates) Assist in customer-facing activities on Tik Tok. Qualifications Currently enrolled in university, preferably 4th year for schedule flexibility. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Solid grasp of the e-commerce landscape, including operational urgency. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently. Highly responsible, punctual, and quick to respond—especially during unexpected issues. Willingness to work flexible hours, beyond the standard 9–5.
