Deep expertise in design systems, component libraries, tokens, and scalable frameworks.

Strong prototyping skills to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly.

Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Extensive experience partnering with engineering to ensure high-quality execution.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and strong visual design craft.

Ability to clearly articulate design decisions with evidence-based rationale and storytelling.

A design champion mindset, able to influence leaders and elevate design culture.

Experience in enterprise and Agile environments.

Background in regulated or compliance-driven industries, including financial services.

Experience with motion design and micro-animations.

Published case studies demonstrating strong research and problem-solving skills.

Experience contributing to design strategy or shaping product direction.
