Job Description
As a Program Manager within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function, you will manage the execution of compliance-related projects, with a primary focus on initiatives supporting California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) requirements. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies; coordinating activities across Privacy, Technology, and Security; and tracking deliverables against regulatory timelines.
The Program Manager will facilitate status reporting, manage risks and issues impacting delivery, maintain project documentation, and ensure alignment to defined project scope and regulatory requirements.

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in computer security-related disciplines, for example, familiarity in the following subject areas: NIST, SOX, PCI, CCPA, and Common Controls
- 5+ years of demonstrated project/program management and/or leadership experience in computer security-related disciplines.
- Experience leading, coordinating, and tracking status of activities and communications across multiple cross-functional service teams on short notice in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience maintaining project artifacts, documentation, and evidence to support audit and regulatory review
- Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills. Experienced in technical writing and summarizing complex cybersecurity concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
- Waterfall or Agile experience in the dual role of Program Manager and scrum master considered an asset.
