Director of Digital Transformation Services (DTS) responsible for the strategic growth, delivery and operational excellence of the DTS sector. This role involves orchestrating holistic digital transformation for clients by integrating capabilities across the DTS pillars Digital Experience, Digital Delivery, Digital Operations, and Data Analytics while effectively leveraging AI and data intelligence. The ideal candidate is required to translate business vision into market-leading services, building teams to deliver excellence and deliver measurable impact.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client engagements across the DTS services.
• Champion rapid prototyping of new digital solutions and refactoring of legacy systems to accelerate value realization.
• Architect integrated digital transformation solutions that incorporate in-house services and business units.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and tools, recommending adoption to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure all projects adhere to corporate standards for quality, risk, and compliance.

• Develop and execute the DTS growth strategy, defining market positioning and go-to-market plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and existing partnerships expansion across the Tatweer’s key growth markets.
• Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including financial modelling, proposal development, structuring of delivery models such as PPP and building partnerships.
• Own the P&L, strategic direction, and overall performance of the DTS.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of delivery managers, business analysts, architects, developers, cloud and infrastructure engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the DTS.
• Contribute to corporate strategic planning and governance.

• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital consulting, IT services, or technology-led business transformation.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications which include PMP, TOGAF, and Cloud Architect.
• Deep expertise in managing and integrating service lines such as digital experience platforms, cloud delivery, intelligent operations, AI and data analytics.
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern software development practices.
• Demonstrated experience in legacy modernization (refactoring), agile delivery, scrum, hybrid project management methodologies and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex tender processes, developing commercial proposals, and managing delivery through models like Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with a strong acumen for project costing and financial structuring.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate at the C-level across internal corporate functions, CoEs and external clients.
• Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of corporate governance, risk, and performance management.
• Proven P&L ownership and a demonstrable track record in achieving revenue growth and business development targets in a multi-market environment.
