Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

EA's Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services. Our mission is to make EA's games and services available to players anytime, anywhere. To achieve this, we focus on the high availability of infrastructure, live services, and studio services while helping developers innovate quickly through on-demand infrastructure and streamlined workflows in the cloud.

As a Senior Director of Product Management for Infrastructure Business Optimization, you will set the vision and strategy for how we manage cost, capacity, and vendor relationships. This role will deliver Fin Ops practices into scalable internal products, clear roadmaps, measurable adoption, and repeatable operating mechanisms across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a people‑leadership role. You will grow and develop a team of product managers and mature our product management practices and operating model across PI&E.

You will:

Define and evolve product strategy for enterprise Cost Management, Capacity Management, Cost Optimization, and Vendor/Procurement management.

Develop multi‑year product roadmaps and align priorities across engineering, finance, procurement, and business partners.

Productize Fin Ops capabilities into durable internal products and workflows that improve decision‑making, transparency, and accountability at scale.

Partner with studio and live service teams to shape and deliver high‑impact product capabilities while balancing reliability, developer velocity, and cost efficiency.

Lead a team of product managers for Operational Intelligence and Managed Infrastructure; set clear goals, build a high‑performing team, and uplevel PM talent through coaching and strong operating rhythms.

Establish product operations standards for intake, prioritization, road mapping, quarterly planning, and metrics.

Champion a data‑informed, customer‑focused culture that balances value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.

Stay current with Fin Ops, cloud optimization, and infrastructure best practices to bring fresh ideas into our strategy.

You bring:

10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex internal platforms or enterprise products with measurable adoption and outcomes.

Proven success in defining and delivering multi‑year product strategies at enterprise scale.

Experience leading and developing product management teams and maturing product operating models (cadence, decision rights, metrics).

Strong knowledge of Fin Ops‑adjacent domains (cost transparency, forecasting, optimization workflows, vendor lifecycle), cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure fundamentals.

Ability to engage on financial topics such as cost models, forecasting, and ROI, and to partner effectively with Finance and Procurement.

Strong communication skills and influence with senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.
