A recruitment agency is seeking a Support Specialist in Vancouver to provide level 1 and level 2 IT support for over 1,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise environments, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities. This is a 12-month contract position with pay ranging from CA $45.00/hr to CA $53.00/hr, requiring presence in the office five days a week.
