Tetra Tech is adding a Proposal Coordinator to our Business Development Support Services team based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton .

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $70,000 per annum. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.

Your Role:
  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development for public- and private sector pursuits.
  • Create and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission checklists.
  • Gather and consolidate inputs from technical staff and subject-matter experts.
  • Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Manage SharePoint/Teams collaboration work spaces and version control.
  • Draft and edit proposal content, resumes, and project sheets.
  • Produce basic proposal graphics, org charts, and formatted documents (Word/PowerPoint/Adobe).
  • Maintain proposal content libraries and support process improvements.
  • Track proposal metrics and provide ad hoc content support to teams.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, or related.
  • 1–4 years in proposal/project coordination, technical writing, marketing, or similar.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Intermediate–advanced Word and PowerPoint; experience with InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop or similar.
  • Experience with document formatting/layout and SharePoint (preferred).
  • Excellent organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with engineering/environmental/consulting proposals and public sector procurement is an asset.
