Leverage statistical skills in a hybrid role as an Intermediate Mining Data Analyst with Mine Sense in Vancouver. Help reshape the mining industry with innovative data solutions while working with global clients.

As an Intermediate Mining Data Analyst, you will collaborate with the Geo Science team and report to the Manager, Geo Science. This position requires a strong aptitude for data analysis and an interest in the mining sector.

Your role encompasses developing client reports, enhancing predictive models, and ensuring data quality while working closely with teams to optimize ore control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in leveraging Mine Sense technology

• Develop presentations and reports for client engagement

• Analyze data to identify trends related to mine grade

• Collaborate on product enhancement with Field Service Team

• Create organized data queries, scripts, and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Earth Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in mining preferred

• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python

• Familiarity with SQL for data management

• Proficient in English;
Spanish preferred
