This permanent role offers a competitive hourly wage of $36.60 to $38.00, with working hours ranging from 30 to 40 per week. Ideal candidates will have completed college or CEGEP and hold 1-2 years of relevant experience. You will be fully engaged at the physical location, ensuring effective support and maintenance of technical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access to computer networks for users
• Report on performance metrics of computer systems
• Assist users encountering difficulties with technology
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for analysis
• Contribute to redesigning applications and software
Requirements:
• Completion of college or CEGEP education
• 1-2 years of experience in computer support
• Capable of on-site work with no remote options
• Eligibility for Canadian citizens or valid work permit holders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise
