Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
OverviewAs an IT Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our computer systems and network infrastructure. You will work closely with other members of the IT department and provide technical support to employees.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain network security and integrity
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT assets and software license
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team on projects and initiatives
- Modify phone switch programming, adding and deleting information as needed
- Ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction to all systems users is achieved and maintained
- Conduct an inventory of all systems on property and maintain accurate records by updating information
- Maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange Server, and Active Directory to perform job effectively
- Contact vendors with regard to specific software, hardware or phone problems, as requested by management
- Assist the Telecommunications Technicians/Vendors with miscellaneous projects
- Program and write procedures to assist in the day-to-day functioning of the network
- Other duties as assigned or requested
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of relevant education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in computer hardware and software support
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
- Ability to work flexible shift and weekends
- Casino, Hotel, and/or Point of Systems experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities while working closely with various departments
- Highly organized and detail oriented to be able to perform many tasks at one time
- Broad knowledge of computer applications, system installation, troubleshooting, problem determination, and operation techniques
- Must possess superior computer skills and be proficient in software applications currently in use by the company
- Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain GPEB registration
- Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
- Serving it Right certification
- Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 20lbs
- Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours
