IT Support Administrator at STEMCELL

Enhance IT support capabilities with STEMCELL as an IT Support Administrator. In this role, you'll manage end-user equipment and help with cloud-based applications used by our staff.

As part of STEMCELL's IT team, you will provide essential support for devices and apps, including Google Work spaces and various IT equipment types. Engage in deploying and upgrading technology, manage lifecycle tasks, and support shared services, including AV equipment and printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage technical support requests for IT equipment

• Deploy and replace devices like laptops and desktops

• Execute equipment lifecycle tasks, including repairs

• Conduct routine maintenance on shared IT services

• Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures

Requirements:

• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in IT

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Microsoft OS and deployment tools

• Knowledge of cloud-based IT systems like Google Workspace

• Certifications in IT preferred
