Join YVR's Infrastructure team as a full-time Technical Analyst focused on network management. Play a key role in maintaining a high-performing network for airport operations.
As a Technical Analyst, you will ensure that YVR's network remains operational with zero downtime. This position involves collaboration with the Network team to address fault detection and network-related issues while supporting cloud-based services. Your skills will also help develop technical documents and specifications vital for maintenance and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain network availability for critical airport systems
• Identify and resolve network configuration and security issues
• Support technical documentation creation for standards compliance
• Estimate work effort for project-related tasks
• Conduct performance trends analysis for network reliability
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in Computer Information Technology
• 5+ years in enterprise network support
• Industry certifications like CCNA or CCNP beneficial
• Proficient in networking principles and security
• Experience with Azure or similar Cloud platforms
