Overview
Develop comprehensive data solutions at Teck Resources, positioned in downtown Vancouver. As a Business Intelligence Developer, your skills in Power BI and SQL will be central to enterprise data management.
The ideal candidate will possess over three years of experience in BI development. You'll be tasked with supporting report creation, data pipeline construction, and maintaining data integrity for various business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dashboards that enhance analytics and drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities- Manage Power BI report server operations and upgrades
- Develop and optimize reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Create data flows and automate processes using Power Automate
- Conduct performance improvements on existing data solutions
- Work with business partners on analytical dashboard needs
- 3+ years experience in BI development and reporting
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Knowledge of data quality and governance standards
- Solid analytical skills in report generation
- Excellent English communication;
Spanish a plus
