Overview
Elevate your QA career as a Manual Quality Assurance Tester in Vancouver, British Columbia, focusing on quality assessments across 160 Airbnb locations. This role demands regular travel and hands-on testing to ensure exceptional quality. In this 4-month duration contract, you will work both indoors and outdoors, developing test plans and running test cases at various sites within a 50-mile radius of Vancouver.
Responsibilities- With your 2+ years of experience in software QA testing, you will document issues and collaborate closely with software teams on enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teams to identify testing needs
- Execute test scripts and ensure quality metrics are met
- Perform field tests, documenting all findings
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time with creativity
- Utilize your QA testing skills to support high-quality experiences for Airbnb properties in Vancouver.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of QA experience with consumer hardware/software
- Robust analytical skills for troubleshooting
- Experience in deploying and testing software updates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
