Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical deliverables and client documentation
• Track delivery performance metrics and client satisfaction
• Coordinate technical integration and client projects
• Ensure accurate deployment model tracking
• Collaborate with customer success on client-related issues
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in technical delivery within fintech
• Proven management experience of technical teams
• Strong client-facing communication abilities
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and APIs
• Agile certifications, such as PMP or SAFe, are desirable
