In this role based in Vancouver, you will maintain and support end-user and server hardware, collaborating with teams to tackle challenging technical issues. Your experience with cloud applications and strong organizational skills will be vital in administrating devices and enhancing IT documentation. You'll also automate workflows to improve efficiency and adhere to cybersecurity protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver internal support for technical hardware and applications
• Configure and maintain computer systems at various locations
• Collaborate with teams on complex IT issues
• Update IT support documentation accurately
• Manage Windows and Mac devices using MDM platforms
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years IT service delivery experience
• Technical expertise in computer systems and networks
• Experience with enterprise cloud-based applications
• Automation-first mindset for script development
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
