Join the Technical Operations (TOPS) team in Greenwich, CT, working four days in the office and one day remotely. Your primary responsibilities include problem-solving for operational issues, monitoring critical systems, and collaborating with internal teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless online trading experience, contributing significantly to the firm's operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the health of applications and networks
• Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues effectively
• Provide 2nd-level technical support to various teams
• Monitor batch scheduled jobs and escalate failures
• Investigate real-time trade issues across parties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in financial or technical disciplines
• Working knowledge of computing and networking
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with securities and commodities markets
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell and Python
