Contribute to OXIO's telecom team as a Mobile Core Support Engineer. This position focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining mobile networks while collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal service quality.
As a vital part of our dynamic telecom environment, you will engage closely with core engineering and customer support teams. Your responsibilities will include monitoring network performance and resolving real-time issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze end-to-end call traces across various protocols
• Troubleshoot international roaming issues for outbound subscribers
• Collaborate with global mobile operator engineers
• Create dashboards to monitor critical network metrics
• Provide NOC engineers with technical support
Requirements:
• 10+ years in telecom with L3 support experience
• Strong understanding of 2G/3G/4G protocols
• Proficiency in Wireshark for signaling analysis
• Basic skills in Python, Linux, and Bash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
