As a Client Services Engineer at Thales, you will be essential to resolving multifaceted customer problems and improving support practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot customer issues with complex technical products

• Support implementation of system hotfixes and patches
• Document customer issues and resolutions clearly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong background in Linux and Active Directory
• At least 2 years in technical support positions
• Familiarity with databases including MySQL and Oracle
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
