HR Project and Testing Specialist

S.i. Systems client is looking for an HR Project and Testing Specialist to do testing on a data migration into SAP Successfactors.

12 month contract - high chance of renewal - 3 days a week onsite in Vancouver - 37.5 hours/week.

• 5-7 years of experience in leading projects and testing within technology, HRIS, IT transformation, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Diligent with strong organizational, tracking, and follow‑through capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities in a quick‑paced project environment.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Success Factors, Workday, SailPoint, Service Now) is an asset.
• Formal project or testing certifications (PMP, CAPM, ISTQB, Agile) are considered an advantage.
• Proficient Spanish, both written and spoken, is considered an asset.
