You’ll act as a strategic advisor on hiring strategy and talent market dynamics while delivering exceptional technical hires in one of the most competitive talent markets.

This is a high‑impact role for a technically curious recruiter who thrives in complexity, builds trust with engineering leaders, and wants to influence how great technical teams are built.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own full‑cycle recruitment for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Product.

Lead deep intake conversations to understand system architecture, technical trade‑offs, team topology, and leveling strategy.

Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑performing technical talent across backend, distributed systems, machine learning, data engineering, and platform teams.

Evaluate candidates for technical rigor, problem‑solving capability, and long‑term impact.

Use pipeline data and conversion metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring velocity and signal quality.

Advise leaders on market realities, compensation positioning, and talent availability within highly competitive technical domains.

Elevate the technical interview experience by partnering on structured evaluations and bias‑reducing practices.

Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to technical or R&D hiring.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering, data science, infrastructure, or technical product roles.

Technical fluency – you can confidently discuss tech stacks, system design expectations, and engineering team structures.

A strong sourcing mindset with experience engaging passive technical talent.

Comfort operating in competitive technical markets and navigating complex offer negotiations.

Data‑driven decision‑making – you use metrics to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

High ownership, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast‑paced growth environment.
