Key Responsibilities:
• Execute desk and computer moves with operating system setups
• Resolve basic connectivity issues and escalate when needed
• Oversee computer accessories and hardware inventory management
• Assist with monitor calibration and hardware logistics
• Maintain accurate records in the Asset Management System
Requirements:
• Background in IT support or related field
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Flexibility to handle physical tasks, including lifting equipment
• Strong attention to detail for asset management
• Capable of providing daily support for employees
