As an essential member of Dillon's Practice Operations team, you will drive the evolution of our digital design governance framework. Your efforts will standardize workflows across various technical fields, promoting the adoption of advanced tools and methods. Collaborate with technical teams to redefine digital project management by fostering a productive “Dillon Way.”
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish robust digital modeling frameworks across the firm
• Align workflows with diverse client standards and needs
• Drive adoption of digital best practices in project delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate standards firm-wide
• Oversee training initiatives for technical teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years in technical design or engineering
• 5+ years in leadership focused on digital standards
• Robust knowledge of CADD/BIM tools
• Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with vendor management and industry trends
