In this role, you will take charge of operating and enhancing Clio’s cybersecurity systems within their Engineering Team. As a 'player-coach', you will manage your team while engaging in hands-on security tasks, reinforcing a proactive security culture throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and tune Data Loss Prevention measures

• Lead from the front with practical security exercises

• Architect strategies for responding to incidents

• Collaborate across teams for compliance and security

• Mentor your team and foster a feedback culture
Requirements:

• At least 6–8 years in information security

• Experience leading security teams effectively

• Proficient with threat detection and management tools

• Ability to communicate complex risks effectively

• Independent work approach in implementing security measures
