This is a pivotal role within the Guest Support UX team at lululemon, where you'll influence digital design processes aimed at enhancing customer journeys. With over 5 years of experience required, you'll engage in systems thinking to craft innovative solutions across multiple platforms. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX Research is key to driving your projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams to envision new product features
• Apply systems thinking to design across platforms
• Articulate design rationale to stakeholders
• Plan UX studies with research teams
• Drive product streams forward with leadership
Requirements:
• 5 to 8+ years in UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking
• BS/BA in Human-Computer Interaction or similar
• Expertise in Figma and collaboration tools
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
