Position: IT Advisor for Compliance at BC Hydro
Step into a vital role as an IT Advisor at BC Hydro, focusing on compliance systems support. You’ll leverage your project management and technical skills to enhance MRS systems functionality.
In this role, you will utilize your strong technical background to support the implementation and management of compliance systems at BC Hydro. With over 7 years of IT experience, you'll develop resource management plans, ensuring that your team meets critical deliverables and maintains high operational standards. Your collaborative work with business stakeholders will drive significant improvements in system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee MRS system platform development and troubleshooting

• Act as a technical lead for business requirement translations

• Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures

• Review and enhance MRS workflows and reports

• Manage incident tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT and system operations

• Strong SQL and scripting ability, including Powershell

• 3+ years managing technical teams preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
