What You'll Do
As our new Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial Salesforce ecosystem, driving adoption and integration across Sales Cloud, B2B, OMS, and Commerce7 – bridging the gap between sales goals and technical B2C, B2B and CRM solutions. This role supports scalable delivery of sales enablement initiatives while reducing contractor dependency and preserving critical business knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end‑to‑end requirement and product lifecycle by managing functional intake, eliciting stakeholder requirements, and accurately documenting appropriate flows and diagrams
- Design effective solutions based on business needs and guide technical teams through a clear and seamless transition of functional requirements
- Stakeholder alignment and business value framing
- User story writing and refinement
- Triage and support reported issues and bugs
- Administrative configuration within Salesforce apps
- Configure applications to meet business requirements and build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable data insights
- Functional testing support and QA
- Drive comprehensive user acceptance testing and lead strategic change management plans to ensure seamless user adoption through training and support
- Foster strong, transparent relationships with business users by communicating complex business requirements clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Take initiative and ownership in solving complex problems and positively articulating solutions
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, OMS and its integration with enterprise systems such as QAD and Snowflake)
- Broader exposure to sales enablement, order management, and cross‑functional IT/business collaboration in a fast‑scaling commercial environment
2+ years of Salesforce experience is preferred, with required expertise in Order Management. Experience may include Sales Cloud CRM, B2B Commerce, and OMS, along with the ability to configure, document, and support integrations.
- Business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills to facilitate requirements sessions, gather requirements, demo solutions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Data and systems integration knowledge to ensure seamless cross‑platform functionality.
- Strong experience in JIRA.
- Understanding of Snowflake, Mulesoft, and SQL is an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually; the base pay is determined by market location and job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
