Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across IT systems and endpoints
• Manage escalations and coordinate with vendors effectively
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures
• Ensure data integrity in all IT processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT experience, 2+ in Tier 2 support
• Experience with in a law or professional services context
• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• Relevant certifications, including Microsoft and ITIL
• Knowledge in supporting Windows Server and cloud applications
