Technical Administrator - Salesforce Focus

In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams. Your primary focus will be maintaining the Salesforce environment while developing automated workflows and ensuring seamless data integration with Quick Books. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of Apex and custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and security settings
• Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce functionalities
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for various teams
• Programmatically customize using Apex and LWC
• Oversee data quality and regular clean-up activities
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Familiar with Marketing Cloud and its capabilities
• Strong data governance and model design skills
• Effective communicator across multiple departments
