As the CRM Analyst, you will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and work collaboratively with the Abbotsford Canucks and Vancouver Warriors. Your focus will be on data analysis, lead management, and campaign strategy development, enhancing our CRM capabilities. Use your proficiency in Salesforce and experience with Microsoft Fabric to elevate performance tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze CRM adoption metrics and report on activities
• Coordinate lead assignments and CRM maintenance
• Support administrative tasks and data integration efforts
• Develop performance measurement methodologies
• Design training programs for new hires
Requirements:
• Solid experience with Salesforce CRM
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, on-site in Vancouver
