Capgemini is seeking an experienced developer to provide support for Jira and Git Hub platforms. This role emphasizes application administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration in a dynamic, global team environment.
As an intermediate level developer at Capgemini, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing Jira and Git Hub for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include application support, troubleshooting configurations, and maintaining seamless integrations. Putting your strong knowledge of Jira, Git Hub, and CI/CD practices to use, you will work to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for Jira and Git Hub platforms
• Troubleshoot project configurations, repositories, and pipelines
• Maintain Jira workflows and update custom fields
• Support Git Hub repository management and access controls
• Analyze support tickets to deliver solutions and escalate as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience with Jira and Git Hub administration
• Strong knowledge of JQL, dashboards, and automation rules
• Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and agile methodologies
• Solid documentation skills and attention to detail
