Product Director for Ecosystem & Permissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage 4–5 R&D teams' strategy and execution

• Shape and oversee the Ecosystem and Sharing & Permissions domains

• Balance long-term architecture and short-term delivery needs

• Collaborate on admin experiences and security governance

• Lead integrations that connect Asana to customer stacks
Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience

• Expertise in platform and API-focused solutions

• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with enterprise security and governance

• Curiosity about AI tools and their product implications
