In this full-time role, you will utilize your five-plus years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, and ERP implementations. Candidates need to demonstrate strong ownership of processes, governance, and employ methodologies such as Requirements Management and Impact Analysis. Collaborate on various finance modules and ensure a smooth deployment of ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business analysis and process optimization for ERP finance
• Coordinate large-scale international deployments
• Master UAT cycles and oversee overall testing
• Utilize defect management with tools like Jira and ALM
• Implement effective change models and training designs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, CRM)
• Skilled in business process modeling and requirements management
• Hands-on experience in UAT and testing environments
• Understanding of change management practices
