Key Responsibilities:
• Support complex Oracle HRMS R12 solutions for clients
• Resolve issues by communicating effectively with business users
• Manage support issues in collaboration with offshore teams
• Coordinate enhancements and resolutions across user requests
• Oversee the entire support-issue-resolution process
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HRMS R12 modules
• Proficiency in Oracle HR, SSHR, and OTL required
• Experience with incident management systems like Altirius
• Solid technical expertise in Oracle HR Modules
• Strong communication skills for global user engagement
