In this growing SAP Success Factors practice, IBM Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to drive the implementation of Employee Central for top-tier clients. You'll work closely with clients to lead workshops, gather requirements, and implement best practices that shape their hire-to-retire processes. This role emphasizes mentoring team members and overseeing configuration and testing efforts, enhancing client operations through strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead workshops for requirement gathering

• Guide clients through the implementation planning process

• Configure Employee Central and perform system testing

• Provide ongoing support and mentoring for junior colleagues

• Manage relationships with clients through effective communication

Requirements:

• Proven track record in three end-to-end implementations

• SAP Success Factors Employee Central Associate Certification

• Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week

• Deep functional knowledge of client processes

• Preferred SAP Success Factors Professional Certifications
