EY is seeking a Service Now Business Process Consultant specializing in ITSM and HRSD. Leverage your functional expertise to enhance client service delivery through innovative solutions.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to discover and design processes aligned with leading practices in Service Now. You will support implementations across ITSM and HRSD, providing valuable insights on best practices while partnering with technical teams to meet functional requirements. Your input will be essential in validating user acceptance and ensuring successful adoption through effective training and change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Support implementations across ITSM and HRSD modules
• Ensure readiness through UAT and defect resolution activities
• Assist in the creation of training materials and support adoption
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Service Now ITSM and HRSD modules
• Proven track record in documenting process flows
• Effective communication with business and technical teams
• Experience in Agile settings and user story development
• ITIL certification is a plus
