Position: Manager of IT Contract Negotiations
Join Mark Anthony Group as Manager of IT Vendor Management, a pivotal position in overseeing vendor contracts globally. Focus on financial acumen and compliance in a hybrid work setting.

In this role, you will lead the governance of IT vendor contracts, ensuring all processes are standardized and aligned with financial and operational objectives. Your responsibilities will range from negotiating agreements to maintaining a comprehensive contract repository. Strong collaboration with legal and finance teams will enhance compliance and support commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own complete contract lifecycle including Order Forms and SOWs

• Maintain an accurate renewals calendar and key metadata

• Mitigate Shadow IT through enforced intake processes

• Partner with security teams for vendor risk assessments

• Drive cost savings through structured vendor renewals

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in Vendor Management or Procurement

• Proven contract negotiation skills in IT

• Strong budget evaluation and financial analysis capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Finance
